For example: where is the Cargo display camera mentioned on page 144 of the UH-1 manual? "To help the player to determine the required flight direction towards the cargo and also the helicopter location above the cargo, a cargo display can be activated [LShift+LCtrl+C] , which is a virtual camera directed downwards perpendicular to the horizon. (see Figure 11.6)." LAlt F2 , RAlt F2 are another example, I do not have also these cameras among others.
