There is no end in sight to our budget deficit and we are not even talking about reducing our national debt. In the future, I believe people will vote for politicians who favor social security, over the politicians who favor military spending. This is going to start middle of April for them. Things are getting bad and I fear they are only going to get worse. The Air Force has already lost up to 18% of their flying hours. Starting 26 April I'll be furloughed one day a week for 22 weeks. Like you said, 20% pay cut. It's not just reserve/guard members but all civilian government employees, DOD specifically is 22 days. I can not imagine our military not having aerobatic team. But, two teams, is a bit too much.
