Microsoft Sidewinder Force-Feedback 2.

I use a couple of the buttons on the base as modifiers and can squeeze all the A-10C HOTAS commands on to it, with one or two exceptions.

I forgot to specify that I use the TM Warthog for jets (as voted), but I also have a Pro Flight Trainer Puma for helicopter flying.

I think there may be a slight bias in this poll, I think a lot of the more hardcore DCS fans frequent the ED forums and would vote in the poll, these more hardcore fans would also be more likely to have the higher end peripherals, thus the extreme number of players who say Thrustmaster warthog over cheaper alternatives.

My educated guess is that the Saitek (now Logitech) X52 and X55/56 along with the thrustmaster T16000M are going to be some of the most used HOTAS systems for DCS. I personally use the X56 for DCS.
