Any update plans of WWII Assets?

Trying for an info update this week guys, I can't promise much on Normandy as it is 3rd Party but will try to get update info on both.

A specific release date would be fine considering the delay. Many thanks.

With the new DM close I could imagine that they are now waiting for its implementation before releasing any new AI planes. It might be that Wags is doing this on his own or that the WW2 team mainly or only speaks Russian, but I would really appreciate it if we could one day have the same level of transparency regarding progress, inevitable delays and planned features as for the F-16 and Hornet development.

Expected see on 2020 a big update on WW2 assets pack.

A new feature is being added, not sure it has been shared yet, so I don't want to get in trouble, but that is the feature holding things up. Pretty cool feature, and opens a lot of future paths...

i wonder if this feature has anything to do with all the ghost-vehicles (crewless, driverless, pilotless models), that got released lately.

would be about time for all the drivers, pilots, crewmen to mount up!

very good! keep on bugging! it's really a shame that those incredible highly detailed models are let down by this weird omission.

by the way: do you know and are you allowed to tell, if this omission is just an oversight, or if it was at least a deliberate decission while waiting for related features to get implemented?

Wags vaguely mentioned improved infantry features and other "small scale" improvments like pedestrians and - most famously - the highly anticipated livestock. that made me hope, that crewmen and drivers could also see a comeback in some improved form at some point in the future.

it would f.e. be cool to toggle crew status (vacant / manned) and have unique crew for every major faction.

Would be awesommmmmme if this feature is a vehicule damage system :music_whistling:

I just sent off another email to the team, there is some good stuff coming for WWII this newsletter and possible this update, but not the asset pack update... I am trying, sorry guys.

So no news of assets or release dates. While we are waiting since August.

They are 4 months late and there is no information or commitment from ED. Right?

this feature also holding back modern assets? there must be a dozen of modern vehicles in the backlog by now. new ural truck and variants, t-72, insurgent pickups, s-2 trailer...

Yes. It's off topic. By the way, talking indirectly about the Normandy map is also off topic. Please stop. This is just to talk about the assets of the Second World War.

Is there a time schedule when German bombers are coming for WW2 Assets? I consider that to be pretty important for setting up missions. At least Ju-87 should be added imo.

The damage model really needs some fix. It made me a bit sad, that WW2 vehicles almost cannot be killed. :(

Thank you. At least some news. You should talk about dates considering the tremendous delay. But we could continue in the dark. It is something.
