Chinese warships only fire main guns at land targets

When told to fire at a point well within their range, all 3 variants of warships will only ever use their main guns, and sometimes not even that. Cruise missiles and rockets do not appear to work.

Ship-to-ship combat works fine.

Is this something that has broken or is yet to be added? I think I remember using cruise missiles with these ships a couple weeks ago.

E: Russian warships don't fire anything at land targets either

They are anti-ship cruise missiles. It doesn't look like any of the PLAN warships have cruise missiles capable of ground attack. To my knowledge neither do the Russian ships in game have this capability. Though there is a model for one of the Russian submarine launched cruise missiles in game, but its not used by anything currently.

None of the anti-submarine rockets are programmed either.

Yet has 2 sub launched antiship missiles added to DCS (3M54E/3M54E-1), missing the land attack variant (3M-14E). None of them has implemented into the Kilo submarines, the only platform capable of launch them yet (I suppose by lack of submerge firing from torpedo tubes into DCS).

In game version is not currently armed with it. As far as missiles go it only has HHQ-9 and YJ-62 right now.
