Baco
I live in Argentina where USD price is hi. So I am aming at a medium range rig. Questions: do I need a new flashy 2000's line Nvidia or will the new 1660 series cut it for DCS? I belive I can save a ton of money right there. since SSD and 32gb of ram are mandatory for DCS multiplayer. Bare in mind it might take me a few years to beable to update / change the rig. Thanks in advance!
Cy-27
GTX16 series is not enough, you just need a RTX2060 or RTX2060S for 1080p DCS. Don't buy amd card, because Nvidia runs better in DCS.
BitMaster
AMD 5500XT-8GB fits well. My son has one and we tested DCS on it. For that money you cant beat what you get, + Freesync and plenty VRAM. We paid 230,-€ here in germany.
