What Nvidia driver version is best for DCS?

Thanks guys. I suppose the GPU drivers aren't the problem.

The best driver is the one that works for you.

I have seen some drivers to cause issues for some people, I once had to revert driver update due to performance loss.

ED seem to always recommend 'latest' but that is not always good.

Also, nVidia drivers updates are often related to tighter security and that alone can cause issues.

My rule is don't fix something that ain't broken... but considering other games, workloads and security concerns.

That said, I am on the latest available today (451.67) No problems.

A common cause for this is your AV randomly scanning the ED directory. If you tell your AV software to ignore the DCS directory, the pauses will likely go away.

I'm using 442.19 version, any newer version will give a heavy fps drop when turning the radar on in the mig 21.
