There is no reason for a hotfix. It will arrive with subsequent open beta update as all standard changes do.

Cool! Any news on the improved cockpit, sight model and clean canopy?

SPO-10 too.

-------

All the people keep asking for capabilities to be modelled.... I want the limitations to be modelled.... limitations make for realistic simulation.

Arguing with an engineer is like wrestling with a pig in the mud, after a bit you realize the pig likes it.

+1 about all the mayor bugs. SPO-10 is the most important, because it has huge impact in combat. Very unfair see this old fighter around all the modern DCS aircraft and still we keep fighting with such a 360 all around lock warning. It is a mystery why they don’t fix yet this RWR. Mig-23 from Razbam is coming with same RWR and probably no reaction for the date.

When we talk about external sounds. I would like to improve the reality of sounds. is super fly mig in multiplayer. but unfortunately mig is probably the only Dcs module that doesn't have real sound. I think that this great muode is the perfect real whistling and roaring sound. if you are working on modifying your modul Mig 21. it would be good to surprise users of your module. better sound .... good idea. No?

If changes are not causing any unexpected issues, the update will make it to stable week after. See Eagle Dynamics update schedule for this.

DCS 2.5.5.34864 just updated to stable version for steam today. But don't see any fix for MIG 21 in the changelog. For example, there is still no afterburner effect, etc, those issues reported as resolved from the bug tracker.

I'm not sure how simpler to write it. Rudel posted changelog on 22nd August, meaning that at the same time fixes were submitted to ED. Last Open Beta update was released on 21st August, thus this fixes were too late to make it to previous test version, but still have to be released and tested in Open Beta. OB will be updated next week if everything goes according to the plan, since thats EDs competence to release patches. Week after that they should transition to stable.
