Over Wing Vapour for Cloud Flying

Currently when flying through clouds the only thing we see is a very slow-mo choppy distant cloud animation. Is there any chance once over vape code is complete it can be implemented on flight surfaces when flying through clouds? (enhance sensation of speed).

I'd imagine ED would like to do so with the upcoming new cloud and weather system.

I'm hoping this will happen soon - the old clouds, even with the new textures with 2.5 still look and act very unrealistically. Problem is that clouds as well as water physics require a lot of computational power to look correct.
