zippoa
There is command "STT lock" -> "Choose specific target" for Jester. There we get circle of possible targets with it''s range and azimuth. But in combat with many contacts it cant be quite hard to guess what contact is on what distance. Is possible to rework that part, may be add some numbers to contacts on pilot screen, so when I press "Choose specific target", in addition I also see number under range and azimuth. Like, "Contact 5, az 54*, distance 31 nm" Another though is if it is possible with Jester to attack in TWS only specific target, without switching to other after missile launch. And one more, what about new option "TWS specific target" or "TWS enemy target ahead" Thanks!
IronMike
Thank you for your input. The TWS assigns you priorities and you can select a priority target, this equals the numbers you see on TWS (up to 6). Since Jester only uses TWS in combination with target, specific target is in a sense always a TWS target for now. Again, select priority target is the option that fits here imo. zippoa
And how to tell Jester to TWS only one of targets with multiple missiles? I mean, what commands should I click
near_blind
I don't believe it's possible to engage a single tws track with multiple missiles simultaneously due to how the AWG-9 works. Once it is supporting a shot for a given track, it automatically sequences to the next to reduce wasted missiles.

In order to double tap him, you would need to lock him up Heatblur Simulations Please feel free to contact me anytime, either via PM here, on the forums, or via email through the contact form on our homepage. http://www.heatblur.com/ https://www.facebook.com/heatblur/

Is it somehow we can change the priority while in TWS mode, when having 4 locks, without leaving TWS? E.g. With many airplanes in front. Jester will lock 2 "friendlys" in front of me as 1,2 then 3, 4 "bandits" behind. Then he'll drop the 1,2 "friendly" & lock another 2 "bandits" that's behind 3,4. Now nr:1 & 2 bandits are furthest distance away & that's not optimal. i7 8700k@4.7, 1080ti, DDR4 32GB, 2x SSD , HD 2TB, W10, ASUS 27", TrackIr5, TMWH, X-56, GProR. Now nr:1 & 2 bandits are furthest distance away & that's not optimal. I think it is one of the general issues that Jester and AWG-9 get confused a lot, and btw understandable, it is a lot to take in of course. This applies also to the "no can do" and "lost lock" comments: it is the awg-9 meeting its limits, not him losing lock. This is similar: the awg-9 automatically assigns priorities to track files that are marked as hostile or unknown. The RIO can skip a target by pressing "next launch" in the back, but if a track file is lost, because the radar does not get enough return from it to update it, then the AWG-9 reassigns priorities. In your case it means: the closer two guys dropped off the radar, while the further two guys are visible. In this case, you have to first reaquire them in the radar, then the AWG-9 will re-assign the priorities back to them. The stiffness of Jester's elevation behavior will be mitigated with a new feature in the next patch, but in general here it helps to keep nose on, while notching bandits you have to counter with changing your aspect, too. Adding a "next launch" command maybe is a good idea.
