Please post any bugs you face as you fly the campaign.

(updated 08/05/2017)

Known issues:

(updated 08/05/2017)

Updates:

- Fixed radio frequency message during mission 1. (In case you turned the UHF frequency the message said "turn back to 262MHz instead of 260MHz which is the correct one).

- Fixed the "frequency reminder" during mission 1. The message will only display once.

- Labels are set by default to off. However the "enforce" is removed so that a player can enable them though the local options.

- Fixed mission 3 issue (UH-60s were flying too close to player)

- Fixed message timing in mission 12

Not sure if it's meant to be like this or not:

In mission 1, after landing (first part of the mission) and restarting again, I keep getting the "***Reminder: Tune your ratio to 47 MHz FM for the ASW task***" message even though I set the FM correctly. So I think the reminder should't appear anymore. It made me unsure if I set the FM correct or not (but I found the target in the end, so the FM was set right). See screenshot which shows my FM and the reminder message.

First I want to say Greg trusted me to test all Argo Campaign missions while he was building it and I will try to help and support if any problems/bugs appear.

The message is intended to be shown until you reach the target zone. Since there are no marking points over the sea , it is easy for someone to be confused and get lost if he doesn't set up the FM radio correct.

Thank you for your feedback.

I am sure that Greg will consider this and make any changes if necessary.

Accidentally changed the UHF radio channel. Got the message to change back to UHF 262 MHZ and when correcting my mistake the error message did not disappear.

Yes the message had the wrong frequency in. You should turn it back to 260 MHz. The 260MHz is the freq you should have during your flight as mentioned in the briefing.

I got it fixed now and it shall be available in the next DCS patch.

Sorry for that.

Related to the message "***Reminder: Tune your radio to 47 MHz FM for the ASW task***" in the first mission, it also confused me, and it seemed to me a bug as I had the radio correctly tuned but I was still receiving the message, I checked the radio again several times! :)

As a suggestion a new message could be added when the radio is tuned: "[...] Keep the radio tuned [...] and follow the CDI", but in my point of view this is implicit, or simply could be reported in the radio menu as the current task.

BTW, I'm happy to fly this nice campaign and report feedbacks ;)

Greg has already made changes on this "issue" that will be published on the next update.

Thank you for your feedback!

Safe landings!

In mission 3,

2 Uh-60 escort to me untill exercise area. But when i approach to the site, they fly extremely dangerously. They flew beneath my heli even i was at approx 100 feet. It was very close call.

And after i land, one of them descent to 10-20 feet just in front of the m-109's and then m-109's started to fire and uh-60 was shot and exploded. Just like in the picture

Thanks! Hmm the Black Hawks should leave you and just land in another area than the one they landed in your picture. I believe that was random but will double check now. Maybe the AI's flight plan was disturbed and itchanged its landing zone.

I hope that didn't stop you of completing the mission. Thanks again.

I think I had a similiar problem but at the end of the mission when I wanted to land on the ship. Suddenly I felt like a hit and on the shadow on the water, I saw the other chopper. My Huey wasn't damanged though and I was able to land. But when I read the mission debriefing with the events, I noticed that it said that the other chopper was wrecked and the pilot was dead. I'm not sure if this was sort of a patrol or random air traffic. It most probably was just "bad luck" but I report it "just in case".

I call it also bad luck, unless you tried to land on another ship but then you wouldn't be able to finish the mission successfully.

I believe that this is a random event.

I hope you finished the mission successfully.

Yes, I was anyway able to finish mission 3.

A question about mission 4 (bug or simply no message by design?) - see spoiler for details

When I find the refugee camp, there's no message / no event gets triggered. I flew over the camp several times, I even landed...I just thought there should be a message like "ok, there it is. Let's continue our flight" or something. After a while, I decided to proceed my flight and I found the convoi. So it's probably no bug, just a "missing" message. But I think it would have been helpful. This way, I was confused if I'm allowed to go on or not.

Did you get the following message?

Spoiler alert!

Maj. Karabelas: We are getting close to the refugee camp. Follow the main road to

the east. Try spot the refugees using your search light

Yes, I saw this message. I just noticed that I missunderstood it.

I heard the message but in that "stress" situation of watching all the instrument and looking for the camp, I thought it was "Follow the main road to the east. Try to spot the refugee CAMP using your search light". So it was my fault/oversight, sorry. I simply thought I had to search for the camp first and then for the refugees. Things like this may happen if english is not your native langauge...

I'll anyway have to redo the mission after having been shot down in the first attempt. Not that easy to find quick cover with all those power poles around.

Mission 2, the hospital is turned 180° from the briefing picture. Also there is a identical picture described as UAV command center but no link with the mission.

In mission 3 for me the same as reported by ebabil and rge75: the UH-60s were flying TOO close to me when I was approaching the excercise area and dropping the cargo (one was flying below me below 100 feet, and one of them was shot down, maybe the same), and at the end of the mission when I was landing on the ship.

Same here. Seconds from drop one of the Blackhawks crashed into me :/

Mission 8:

I flew successfully to the airport, and found the C-17 with trucks and soldiers behind it (the trucks were illuminating an area behind it), but there was no cargo there.

Directly behind the C-17 was a big tanker truck.

I landed in the area behind the C-17 illuminated by the trucks, but there was no cargo anywhere.

I tried F6, but there was no cargo listed. I flew all around the airfield a few times, landed in various places near the C-17, but still no cargo.

Pity, as it has destroyed my 100% campaign success :-)
