Dashboard/Cabin Lighting Issues

There seem to be some issues here:

1. The CB Cabin Illumination only controls the lighting of the lower dashboard.

It does nothing for lighting the cockpit as such. At least the English naming is misleading.

2. The commands Instrument Brightness Increase and ...Decrease only control the brightness of the lower dashboard which is enabled by the CB Cabin Illumination.

3. There is no command for enabling and/or adjusting Instrument Illumination in the upper dashboard. When it's completely dark the instruments are readable due to the phosphorescent gauges.But in twilight the upper instruments are very hard to read. In my opinion there should be proper instrument lighting control.
