Question: How to do NORMAL textures for patches

Usually you can use the Adobe Photoshop NVIDIA plug-in to bake the normals from a image, isn't accurate like a normal from 3D software but work pretty well. Also exist many sites where you could convert your images in normal maps.

But frankly the pilots patch are so small that are useless to add normals on them imho

I'm wondering if there's a technique to convert a hornet patch DIF to a NORMAL file. Right now, I just use blanks for my NORM and RoughMet patch files, but I'd like to give the patches some texture.
