Hmm, I will have a look when I get back home!

 

Same problem for me. No Frequency callout. Following my IP in circles till out of fuel.

 

 

EDIT: Tried it a second time.The Gori "in Zone" trigger never fires. Colt 11 and myself are already north of Gori while he is still talking about the CCRP procedure. After that we are already at Mereti and go on station forever...

Thanks for the report, I will check it tomorrow. I've encountered quite a few different bugs recently, though mostly with 2.0..

I have flown it today and all worked fine for me. Lead first said to move further north, then anchored over the village and contacted Zeus for updates and coordinates.Are you sure you are on RED CH1 and GREEN CH3? I can't think of any reason why it would not work for you..

Tried the mission again, still no luck. Everything is working fine until the CCRP instruction and the anchor message is received. From there on nothing... No update request to Zeus.

 

I don't have time to test it now but mission 6&7 are the only ones where I didn't changed the date yet. Could it have something to do with the January bug?

Hmm, don't think so, as long as you are going behind the Lead it should be fine. This is really weird..

 

Could you check if you have the same mission version as this one?

 

Tried your file which had the same size as mine but with no luck. Seems that the whole script process seem to end after the CCRP introduction. After this call lead is pushing hard right and then going into a left orbit. Even after 10 minutes flying circles there are no further comms like the MiG29 stuff...

 

I'm using a vanilla version and already tried the repair function which didn't downloaded any files.

Alright, please try this one: DOWNLOAD

 

Just make sure to change the name back to original (so remove the "fix" part) and let me know if it works. I enlarged the trigger zones and made sure that IP overflies his final waypoint before turning, he might have somehow missed the trigger. I hope it works now, as I have no other idea what could be wrong there.

So thanks again for your excellent work, no idea why my AI seems to make wider turns but had such an issue already with the Red Flag stuff where the lead crashed into a hill in 2 of 3 flights after T/O.

Just wanted to say that I am having the same problem. I tried the mission twice and it gets stuck right after CCRP instructions. I will try the fix.. Thanks.

 

had the same problem yesterday, downloaded mission 6 from the mission 6 thread and then it worked like it should! i even shot 2 magic II at the mortars and killed the AA with the Magic II^^

Glad it worked! The mission with the fix has been submitted, so should be part of the campaign from the next update on.

 

Wait.. you can kill the ground targets with Magic II? If you do that again, make sure to record this!

 

yeah i was finishing them off with the A/G Gun and thought why not lets get them the magic II

i killed like 4 mortars a bunch of infantery and the AA with two Magic's, i can replicate that without problem the rockets will always fly short of your flypath, after some shots you can guess pretty good where they are landing. They do explode when they hit the ground. and they fly very very straight compared to a Aim 9 fired at the ground.

I also can confirm Mission 01 -07 have bugged hsi, somhow im so bad i didn even noticed that my compass is 100° off, these missions (01-07)are in January, and have to be transformed in another month to work good.

Mission 9 Taxi Bug

 

I know this is already reported and should be already fixed in the updated version. but i still have problems to get the tornados from the ground. The first tornado taxing stops right in front of my starting hangar. and then the mission is over :) i tryd to moved them somwhere else but with no luck.

 

of course i tryd every mission miz. original and updated version.

Have the January bug on Mission 03 as well. But I can't change the month. It is greyed out.

 

Any advice on how to change it nonetheless?

Mission 8 gives me a Mission Failed notification for not staying on the path or altitude although I am on the requested speed, path and altitude.

 

Still the mission goes on as Pontiac 1-2 is shot down by a MANPAD.

After that I went loco and shot down both Su-27 and Mig-29 in the AO wit Magics and guns. Unfortunately I crashed when taking the SA sites under rocket fire :D

This time everything went just fine. Wingman got shot down en route to WP 04 over the village and everything else set in properly.

 

Attacking targets for some reason doesn't punish the player. For Instance in the last couple missions I just shot down everything hostile without clearance :D

No penalty from mission command, flight lead or the sim itself.

Yeah, I know - this is because I assumed that most of the players (unless fooling around) will just stick to the mission objectives and ROEs and not go on a killing spree :) adding this kind of triggers to each mission for each enemy flight with different timings (some would become targets at certain stage) would require a lot of work that would be redundant in most cases I guess. I would either need extra voiceovers, messages etc..

 

Having said that, the F-15C campaign that is due to be out very soon, will have those. When you violate the ROE the mission immediately ends.

 

Glad to hear the mission worked as intended!
