[RESOLVED]Propeller Missing

I know its always been hard to see but after 1.5.5 patch (shader change?) I cant see propeller at all. I've tried reducing throttle, moving around, and different times of day and cant see any trace of it.

Mods? do you guys read this? i want a propeller on my mustang asap!

Which branch, Openbeta or stable? Because if it's the OB, there're no grounds for demanding _anything_ ASAP.

That said, they'll probably fix this pretty soonish anyway.

It's in all branches. Haven't noticed it until this thread popped up :D, but it would be nice to get darker prop animation back.

Tested in 2.04 as well. Same thing but I suppose msalama is right ...I'ts an Alpha.

I have to admit....I do miss it.

Prop can now be seen in 1.5.6! Still seems very faint but I think this has just been an effect of lighting changes or something so it should look better as lighting gets dialed in for 2.5.

Glad to hear! No update to the Alpha lately so I am still without a prop but it's good to see that they are working on it.

I am anxious to see what else is being done on the Mustang as far as the updated European Theater version.

Maybe ED is bringing the quality of the prop animation from the level of the Spitfire to the other warbirds as well? Would be nice... :)

It´s not a major issue, actually its not an issue at all. A little graphical, yes but it doesnt affect Gameplay. As BIGNEWY said, it was reported. Thus it´s on ED´s list and will be fixed when they feel to do so.

I was once requested (actually more like volunteered) to make a mod to help make the prop more visible. Got part way before people started saying that it was realistic the way it is...so...I was right the first time, or?

Magic, I think if you make it ppl will download it. The prop, in my opinion from seeing videos, needs to be slightly more visible. Nothing dramatic like the spit tho. And the mod would have to pass the multiplayer check thingy.

I'll try it again. Unfortunately I deleted the progress I had, so I'll have to begin anew. I'll try to remember to work on this, but life can hurl stumbles sometimes.

Yep. I made an excited post on the DCS P-51 Facebook group about it. So happy the prop is back!!

Edit: This will be implemented to 2.1, right?
