KiwiOz Posted May 22, 2020 Share Posted May 22, 2020 What i would love to see is; improved and more realistic damage model when buildings and vechiles are hit. explosions effects when bomb hits various materials, ie sand, mud rock. At least an ARMA 1 level for vehicles, but I would love something more detailed. Seeing turrants come off, and vehicles flip would be awesome. Plus actually having to target parts of a bridge/ building. Also I would love to see fire, and propagating fire in, and between, buildings be a thing. Even seeing partial collapses be a ting would be freaking awesome. I dont think a flight sim can ever have the level of detailed as a FPS, but the damage models we have are from 2000. Yemet Posted June 11, 2020 Share Posted June 11, 2020 Totally agree! Explosions and burning gears is your final goal, bingo moment if you in attack aircraft. This is your prize if you did a job well. Sad to see that yellow glow on the ground around a thin trickle of smoke from destroyed target, instead of all that hell that should happen when GBU strikes. It ruins magic a lot.
