The MFD looks identical to those found on Ka-52 but I couldn't match the rest of the instruments to any Ka-52 cockpit photos. Looks like there's an Mi-28 behind the man. I would be surprised with the difference in the military budget if the russian fighters are as well maintained as the US ones.
