The stores page has four maverick loaded, and under each they have the correct 1688 laser code set. Make sure to call TERMINATE after your first maverick hits, so the next time you request LASER ON, the JTAC lasers a new target. It's a bug, the 4 codes are superimposed on the same line, rather than listed on different lines of the DDI.
