Mission designer option for Navigation map to HDD of MiG-29

I suspect many of us used a lot the MiG-29 navigation function on the head dow display since LOMAC. Waypoints and Runways was nicely visualized.

ED almost 2 years ago removed waypoint knowing ability on MiG-29, without a notice, what a deprivation!

We have only a fresh promise to add Su-25T kind of functionality once:

Wags:"It will be added back to the HUD in an update."

But the simple moving map was better.

Visual alternate airport selection capability is handy.

Navigating with that in bad weather is priceless, especially think to approach.

The feature is thankfully working in Flankers (Su-27, Su-33, J-11A)

It doesn't have it, and they're not going to implement it =)

=) Easy avionic mode exists, and if will exist, this is not a big wish

ED always removes what is not accurate. Eventually track while scan in the flanker left. The J-11A is causing a lot of similar discussions over the HDD

The HDD on the MiG-29A/B/S is only a HUD repeater. It does not have the same function as the HDD in the Su-27 and therefore should only be a HUD repeater in the game.

The thing is, removing the number is valid since the real one doesn't have it, but that also implies that the nav panel must be implemented (already similar in FC Su-25A, also the animation is already there in the model) to provide the correct indication.

Leaving this halfway only leaves people hanging without proper indication.
