Kayos
Apple working on VR headset, 8k screen for each eye. Let hope they can pull that off. Tricky11
And probably come massively over priced with and over complicated too. Lol
Pickle72
As a fan boy myself, I can assume it wont be overly complicated. Probably dead simple. BUT it will be priced on the high end and probably have a proprietary connector and wont be compatible with anything mainstream. Love them but hate them.:helpsmilie: But this can only be good news for long run no matter. Competition is good. cichlidfan
Yep. Apple sells good hardware but you need to have other Apple products to make good use of it. Wouldn't touch it unless they gave me one for free. TomOnSteam
Apple wouldn't allow DCS on iTunes store though lol 8K for each eye though is amazing. That will make VR as crisp as most monitors. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Cockpit Spectator Mode
prccowboy
With a new version that comes out every year and goes up in price exponentially. with software updates that throttle performance/speed of older versions ;)
eaglecash867
with software updates that throttle performance/speed of older versions ;) Yup...and even after they get busted, they still won't fix the affected products. :megalol: I don't have much faith in anything Apple makes being even remotely useful to any of us for DCS, but hopefully its an indication of where the rest of the industry intends to take things. Indeed. Sometimes Apple opens the door and then gets run over as everyone follows them through. This is why I sold my Apple stock, about 4 years ago, and bought Amazon and FB with the proceeds. I remember debating picking up some of their stock in the 90s, but then thought "Selling books on-line? Yeah...like that's gonna go anywhere." EVGA Z690 Classified, Intel i9 12900KS Alder Lake processor, MSI MAG Core Liquid 360R V2 AIO Liquid CPU Cooler, G.SKILL Trident Z5 RGB Series 64GB DDR5 6400 memory, EVGA RTX3090 FTW3 Ultra 24GB video card, Samsung 980PRO 1TB M2.2280 SSD for Windows 10 64-bit OS, Samsung 980PRO 2TB M2.2280 SSD for program files, LG WH14NS40 Blu-Ray burner.
