Login time

I experience very short login times on this forum. I haven't measured it, but I think after 5 minutes or so I am logged out automaticly. When typing and editing a little longer post I have to copy the final text and log in again to post it. I can't find a setting for it, but maybe I am overlooking something. Any idea?

A necessity on this forum.

It should log off only when you close the browser.

That makes sense but we might be talking about a forum security feature or something else that makes sense with regard to the way it currently works. Using the check box eliminates the issue 99.9% of the time, in my experience (which is rather significant in the case of this forum). :D

By the same token, there is another forum that I inhabit that periodically forgets about me even though I check the 'Remember me' box. Every couple of months I will go there and find that I was not logged in.

Life isn't perfect and this is a minor issue.
