SGT Coyle
Nice Phrog My bad. It looked like a 46 on first glance. I'm looking to make my own throttle quadrant some day, but I'll probably use a 4 axis CNC Router. Good luck Edited September 1, 2019 by SGT Coyle Night Ops in the Harrier IYAOYAS
Sokol1_br
You want a grip with more buttons for you "BI8" cyclic? Just buy a used CH Figherstick in Ebay and use their grip, is 16 buttons + POV HAT, will cost less than 3D print a grip and install switches and HAT - part not available, unless $80+ "military" models. But, keep in mind that the controller on your "BI8" need support the extra buttons of the new grip, or you end need use a Arduino, Bu0836 for manage extra buttons, what make you cycle two controllers for Windows and games. In this case became interesting get any of VirPil grips, that is easy connect in Arduino PRO Micro + MMJoy2 firmware for serial protocol for grip Shift Register. Sokol1_br
Well, I have seen some drawings suitable for 3D Printer, but never for a functional multi-buttons grip that don't look a "Frankenstein" toy. The problem is the details, like buttons, trigger and HAT's.

Extranajero
Interesting, but the top part looks out of proportion, no? :) It's like that for a couple of reasons. Originally it had a much larger top to the stick which was a lot more modern in appearance. 1) I wanted every button at the top of the stick in reach of my thumb without shifting my grip. 2) I wanted it to look more like a non-US stick from the 60's or 70's era than something from a modern US jet. --------------------------------------------------------- PC specs:- Intel 386DX, 2mb memory, onboard graphics, 14" 640x480 monitor Modules owned:- Bachem Natter, Cessna 150, Project Pluto, Sopwith Snipe

TWC_Alamo
Sinous, I'm not a rotor head but noticed several cyclic stick projects on Thingiverse while browsing for flight simulator files. A search on Thingiverse for "cyclic" will return several hits. Sokol1_br
None of this in drawings in Thingiverse solve your need for "tons of buttons". The 1st is B-5 grip, trigger and 1 press button. The 3rd is B-8 grip with thumb-stick in place of HAT, plus trigger and 3 buttons. The thing is that even 3D Print is free for you, the HAT switches, buttons needed for complete the grip can end costing more than get a used F-16 Fighterstick in eBay and adapt in your cyclic. The most affordable know commercial "HAT switch" is APEM (CH) that cost $45 and only have one cap option, but you can 3D print different caps (see bellow). https://www.digikey.com/product-detail/en/apem-inc/500-526/679-2289-ND/2063280 You need 2 or 3 HAT's for have a grip with functions similar do CH F-16, Warthog, VPC grips (I don't list VKB grips because they are "Apple") = $ 135. You can 3D Print and assembly "HAT switch" a guy did a nice variation of caps: https://www.thingiverse.com/JumpNshootman/about But then you need a grip drawing optimized for fit this HAT's. Rick50
Try to find a really old CH Flightstick Pro with a "gameport" instead of USB. Why? Because obsolete and so very cheap on used market. I just picked one up a few weeks ago for $10. BUT... the grip is sweet. Comes with a trigger switch, three thumb buttons, and an 8 way hat switch. Now take it apart, change whatever buttons and hat switches you want, and now attach it to whatever stick you like. No printing required. Could fit 3 or even 5 of the hat switches on it, IMO. Sokol1_br
Thank you for the B8 grip I was looking for the cyclic tube cause mine cyclic now has a water pipe tube An option, take this B-8 grip drawing and modify their top part, allowing fit 2 of 3 HAT's, and place a HAT in left side - middle of grip, under thumb button.
