HMCS not showing

The HMCS will not show for me when ground start HOT (not tested with full cold start procedure) but does show when starting mid-air.

After running a repair it now seems to show. so looks like it is fixed!

I just had an issue in MP. I was in a dog fight, switched the HMD on, used a sidewinder. Switched the HMD off.

Got into another tangle switched the HMD on and switched through my weapons with the Dogfight switch and the HMD stopped working. Couldn’t get it to come back on even after turning it off then back on.

I can confirm, I've also had it where if I turn it on, then turn if off (with slider) - when I put it back on again it doesn't work

Can confirm this too - Switched on during startup from cold and dark, switched it off during flight, after this it wasnt showing up after turning the knob.

Isn't the HMCS SOI dependent?

in multiplayer i landed and taxi to parking.

while parked i turned on the HMCS helmet system and look arround while

i try to push some of TMS up buttons long to see if it could make mark points or other features where avaliable. ( just testing stuff and exploring )

In the start it worked when i look left and right, but then all of a sudden it dissapear.

I dont know if it turn off when parked after x time.

I tired to turn it off and on again but i could not make it appear again.

DMS down long (2 seconds) turns the HMCS on/off in the Viper. If it happens again try that and see if it turns on again.

DMS Right has the same function like the RECCE Button in the Hornet right now, it en/disables the JHMCS.

I noticed my HMCS went away as well and had apparently accidentally hit DMS up. After hitting DMS down it came back up for me as well.

Nice tip on the DMS long down, much easier than fiddling with the rotary...:D

Same problem for me except I found it toggled on and of with DMS Right Long. I will have to try DMS Down Long and Up Long.

Guys, map all Display Managament Switch commands, then hold the DMS down button that you mapped for 3 seconds or something... the HMCD will work pretty fine.
