raybanman
After a couple months binging on the Harrier and Hornet, I went back to my baby, the A10C, and wanted to move some mud. Everything working fine (quick TDC rebind, and Throttle off rebind for some reason), except CMS FWD and CMS DN, don't work. In Options, they are mapped to the correct buttons, but when I clear and try to re-map DCS doesn't seem to detect the button action and it won't assign it (Button 15, and 19 I believe). Checking in windows controller properties the buttons work fine, and they work fine in a few other games I tried, as well as registering in TARGET when I start it up and run the event tester. (I'm using default DCS binds and not running a TARGET profile either). Running OpenBeta, 2.5.2.18521 Any ideas? feefifofum
You could perhaps try deleting the .diff.lua file for the joystick in c:/users/username/saved games/dcs.whatever/config/input Since DCS automatically populates controls for the TMWH stick and throttle this should pull the default profile and hopefully correct the issue for you. If the keypress is registering in Windows it should show up in DCS. People have reported issues with unpowered USB hubs, so you might also try plugging your stick directly into the PC as a test if you're using one of those. raybanman
I'll try deleting the .diff.lua when I get home from work. I have the hotas plugged directly to the USB port on the computer, so that isn't the issue. This is the one in the /A10C folder under input correct? -Raybanman "Slim"

feefifofum
Incorrect. The CMS cycles countermeasure programs with left/right, activates or deactivates those programs with fwd/aft, and engages ECM when depressed. raybanman
Deleting the diff.lua didn't change anything. Now, it refuses to re-load a profile for any category that was cleared after the delete.... So I'll have to manually re assign everything. -Raybanman "Slim"
raybanman
[sOLVED] I had assigned HMD recenter and VR zoom while flying the Hornet (they are unused in my hornet profile) to those two buttons in UI layer. The conflict doesn't show up when you try it in DCS. I removed the bind (may add a modifier and keep the bind later) and they work fine now! -Raybanman "Slim"
