Deano87
Going back to flying a stock Warthog after using FSSB is one hell of a shock lol. Uncle
By default the base is straight, I leaned 13 degrees forward to have the handle skewed exactly the same as in a real F-16. The FSSB has centered itself. cool... so to mimic the f16 stick, the 12 degree pitch adapter from monstertech might also work?? https://www.monstertech.de/en/product/joystick-pitch-adapter/
13WELT_JankeS
I think so. Stubbies2003
If you want a force sensing stick that is a replica of the F-16 but dont want to spend a fortune. I would suggest buying a used X-65 off ebay. I own an X-65 and lots of my VFW members do as well. Great stick for flight sims, not as good as a vkb or virpil product but that being said those sticks are not force sensing. The only issue I have with it is it doesnt move at all and the throttle uses the same old saitek detent system that sucks. Also if your into space sims dont get one it sucks for that as well trust me. Well the one thing that totally set me off of the X-65 path was the horrid weapons release button placement. To this day I don't understand why they placed it where they did. Last thing I would ever want is inadvertent weapons release thanks to bad design. Personally I went TM WH and then later added in a FSSB R3 Lighting and, to me, that is the perfect compromise. Yes your throttle is an A-10 one and not a F-16 one but I like the extra buttons and switches to program. :)

Davee
I use both on modular mounts, Usually the cougar for single engine planes (mig21, M2k,etc), and the WH for dualies. Nice! My setup has limitations so for me, it's one or the other. I would instantly purchase a complete revision kit if TM would come out with it. I mean complete, buttons, switches, rotaries, hal sensor, USB and a modified friction control. At minimum I'll buy rel4y's update kit as the buttons and other still work but a little wonky in some areas. One can only wish.

HayMak3r
HAHA right? hey, while it would be nice to have the correct Throttle, this will have to do. I wish there was an updated cougar throttle of the same quality. Maybe someday. I just can't help but wonder "why" Thrustmaster is displaying hardware that is not available at public shows... There's nothing to be gained by it. Telling people they can use the Hornet stick with the Cougar Base makes sense. Displaying the throttle serves no purpose unless they are hinting at the future.
