Training servers?

Hello I am newbie to the F14. I absolutely love it but was wandering if there was somewhere where I can get some training. Ideally someone who I could fly with and learn a few things from.

I know the basics , however when it comes to Rio , radar I do not have a clue as to what I am doing. I have watched several tutorials etc etc.. but if there is anywhere I can go to get some basics please hit me up.

Srsly though, you will find many helpful people on most teamspeaks and discords of any of the major servers, I can only speak for our own (in private I am in the 104th) ofc, but our guys are all extremely helpful. Feel free to join anytime, we all took that leap at some point and started asking what back then felt like stupid questions.

Then you also have a dedicated training server from Hoggit, which I can recommend, and lastly, think about joining a squadron. Dedicated virtual CVWs are probably the best address, if your interest is mainly in the Tomcat, such as CVW-11, CVW-8 and so many more (sorry that I dont name all of them, not trying to play favours).

Most of the squadrons are really receptive in terms of hanging out with you, they might not recruit you right away, but before you voice your intent, take the time to get to know them and see if those are guys you want to spend more time with. I srsly love them all, such a great bunch of guys all around, there is no squad where you'd regret to spend time in, in my opinion, but there are differences, pvp, pve, coop, milsim, casual, type-focused squads and so. Sure. This weekend I am already full, but if you like we can meet on teamspeak next week and I can introduce you a bit to the online community, I cant promise that I will find enough time to fly, but if, we can do a small hop, too. :)
