Low FPS with a good machine

I have to ask:

This dude runs DCS @ 4k with 60 FPS stable and uses the same GTX 980ti U use -

Do I have an nVidia Control Panel setting? do you know anyone that can help me?

I run DCS on a good setup, but my FPS is SH!T. About 20-25 FPS with a 42" 1080P TV.

AMD FX 8350 OC'd @4.72 Ghz

GTX 980ti

16 GB RAM @ 2133

2 SSDs RAID 0

I really really need help. So frustrated :-/

Mind you, the dude recorded that video back in '16 before deferred shading was implemented in DCS, causing massive fps hit all around. Any vids from that era are irrelevant now performance-wise. He wouldn't be able to pull it off @ 4k today.

That being said, post a screenie with your in-game video settings for a good start.
