Have i missed something, have Razbam announced that they have employed a new CM? If he is able to communicate with the community and also answer uncomfortable questions instead of ignoring it, well, then it would be a great improvement and I bet he will be welcomed with open arms. PS: It would be great to start with a sentence like "I'm SORRY that RB was not able to communicate with you in a way you deserved it, I'll promise you that this will change now. I look forward to the challenge as due to my current job I'm not being paid to do this. It is simply a voluntary passion job. Everything should be addressed and anything that isnt or needs clarification in the future will be addressed. Many factors played into how previous situations were handled but were turning a new page and looking forward not back.
