The prototype of this design I flew for 4 years!

Who had the time and desire to upgrade.

Here's what happened!

That looks awesome - do you have a build breakdown and photographic journey?

During assembly of the control unit the photos did not do ...

When assembling the next instance will take photos.

In the control unit "Sextet" 6 mechanics GVL224 (6 universal) are installed.

Iron mechanics, axles on bearings with non-contact sensors.

Front panel:

- 2 axes on variable resistors (potentiometers);

- 4 buttons;

- 6 toggle switches without locks in the extreme positions (like 12 buttons).

Total we have 8 axes and 34 buttons.

The case is made of acrylic 3mm thick, collected as a 3D puzzle ..., available in black, white and transparent.

While I will not open a new topic, I will place it in this one.

The control panel.

Used the controller MJoy16. Installed 11 buttons with the ability to highlight, 1 mini-stick, 4 encoders, 1 potentiometer and two toggle switches with protective covers. Inside, there is still room for the installation of a second controller which, according to the customer's plan, will control the backlighting of the buttons. The case material is 1.5 mm steel cut on the laser and bent by a bending machine. Width 31 cm, depth 10 cm, height with legs 6.7 cm.

The control unit "Stormwind" is designed to control motorboats.

In the control unit there is 1 mechanic GVL224 "spark" installed.

Iron mechanics, axles on bearings with non-contact sensors.

Front panel:

- 2 encoders;

- 8 buttons with illumination of the moment of pressing;

- 2 keyswitches without latching in extreme positions (like 4 buttons).

The case is made of 3mm thick composite, it is assembled as a 3D puzzle.

On the video the case without legs, so he staggered and slid on the table

Disco '80's version! Is there a small toy in the yellow knobs?

I did not understand what you're talking about.
