Because, I'm lost in those mods!...

These mods are one of... how to say? Master-of-pieces. I say that because, we must admit that DCS World environment becomes a master-of-piece in sudden by them. That's why I don't want to let them vanish. :) So, I needed to create a directory for myself and other friends who probably lost in mods too. Please I'll be glad if you add the ones that I forgot. Yes, great idea Devrim! All high quality mods here. Although even after having used every one of these at some point, I have to admit I'm still confused about how noise, trees and Ed's villages work, i.e. how to separate those files out such that you don't have to give them up if you later decide to switch to another mod. Maybe a discussion for another thread.

Hi Devrim..maybe you want to add PeterP`s version of Tobys Terrain...he removed all the buildings...what made it look more real..for me...one of the best terrain mods

T. Jacobs High detail grass textures

T. Jacobs seasonal noise texture

New base level winter textures (prevents seems)

New quick City textures for winter (they're a real quick hack)

Barthek's Mountain textures (for Summer and Autumn)

Highway..I downloaded your pack because I was curious how you managed to make the Mountain textures seasonal..so just copy the file into the propper season..simple as that..haha THANK YOU!:thumbup:

yes, exactly, you should make new

LandTexturesAutumnOther

in Bazar\Terrain\vfstextures\

and you need to put ONLY new seasonal .dds textures into those folders without zip packs

priority is read the folders 1st and not the old zip files but untouched/original textures will be read from the zip files

that's how you can use seasonal runway/taxiway and building!!! textures as well

yap..I know that..my point was..the Mountain Textures are normally stored in the LandTextures.zip and are used by all seasons..but if I copy the mountain textures in the proper season zip Files I can make them seasonal so..mountains for summer, winter, etc..:)

erm..the Buildings mod is an early alpha for fps testing...a lot more to do there...:)
