There were new features coming for the F-18. They also talked about the new carriers and animated deck crew. Or could it be the dynamic campaign already. He was right about speculation running wild. It can’t be related to the F-14 he would not have said ED feature.

Funny thing is razbam said they had a date earlier today on their discord then a few hours later said yeah it’s Friday. hb said they had a date nearly a week ago and we’re still waiting.....why so hard just tell us and end this overhyped speculation saga...

Just a quick mini-update on this:

We're (frustratingly) still without confirmation on our target date. I hope to share more soonest as I discuss with our partners at ED.

Thanks for the patience everyone.

Seems like it's in ED hands at this point and they are just waiting for them to confirm the date HB has in mind.

Well it's in EDs hands now yes.

But thinking about it:

Mig 19 Release candidate was ready before the F14, so ED was working on that.

Also, they were implementing and probably testing every other Module for the "new feature", so there is quite a lot of work involved with that too.

On a Development side, implementing the Mig and the F14 at the same time would make not much sense (i think) because there are to many variables if there was bug and it would be more work for everyone.

Also keep in mind the new feature which has to be tested on both too.

Well, i don't know how big the ED staff is, but this could be alot of work.

So i don't think HB can say much now, the 21st is a safe release.

ED probably works down their queue with the deadline for the F14 on the 20th.

Everything earlier might be just a luxury.

So:

Get your act together ED!

So:

Well thought out argument. Makes sense.
