MAD-MM
Issue is more likely the work that is done on Gazelle and Bo-105, after a split it seem's... Hopefully they get solved the internal Problems not so far distance, looking foward to the Bo-105.... About WW2 is there where the Money goes, nothing is done just for fun however you dislike this, dont think the Stuka speed up anything about the Bo-105... Once you have tasted Flight, you will forever walk the Earth with your Eyes turned Skyward. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] 9./JG27

About WW2 is there where the Money goes, nothing is done just for fun however you dislike this, dont think the Stuka speed up anything about the Bo-105... I love ww2, but I exclusively play online. and the issue with DCS is the scope of ww2 is all over the place, we have early war P40s, Vs mid war P51/SPit9, and late war D9/K4, and for some reason some pacific zeros and f4u. while stukas served till the very end the scope is all over the place, the damage model is sub par compared to other games, and a lot of issues in general. from what i gather the issue is with the stuka, which is an aircraft that has as much complexity as a simple helo, something like an AH1G is slightly more work than a stuka, while it fits with he core game of DCS. My opinion anyway.

drPhibes
Sorry for going into "grumpy old bastard"-mode again, but what is the point in asking if there are any news about product x, y or z? drPhibes
Pressure. Yeah, I'm sure the developers have no pride in their work, and don't want to share project progress with their current and/or future customers. Constant nagging from people on forums must be the only reason they ever do anything... (and yes, that's sarcasm, in case you didn't catch it). Holton181
"Are we there yet" In general me neither. But there are situations where respectfully asking for some sign of life is valid. It has happened that developers/projects has just disappeared into oblivion with only a few (if any) knowing what happened. Therfore it's nice to get a "we are still here" from time to time. But it's a balance for sure, they have disappeared due to constant pressure from customers to. Gunnars Driver
Mainrotor is getting additional love:) Nice work ! I think at least the Swedish Bo105 had a bit different look on the uppermost part around the lifting loop for the rotor head. There was a "glass" (well, see-through part anyway, probably plastic...) around the sides, so you could check the oil level in the rotor head. Maybe an extra equipment not installed on all Bo's ? Edit, googled. Drotik
The oil level sight glass is standard on all Bo's and it is indeed made of transparent plastic. Oil level is indicated by simple min/max markings. The cone shaped thingies beside the lifting eye are vent screws. To replenish the oil level you have to unscrew them and pour the oil through the vent. It is a time consuming task because you can only put about half a liter in and then you have to wait until the oil "sinks in" and spreads through the rotorhead. Then you can pour the next can. I think the total capacity is about 4 liters and the oil used is O-156. Edited February 8, 2019 by Drotik
