I don't talk about the visual effect in/over clouds but the physical effect: when me, in my A-10c / P-51d / whatever... I cross the wash of another aircraft, it could be fine to have the shake, the dynamic effect. Maybe a question for the specialists of the atmosphere (air) model.

It's not that hard to do but it requires certain programmer's manpower. It's in our plans though and the materials are awaiting Lancelot to convert formulas to concrete code.
