It happens rarely and randomly even after purging the fxo and metashaders folders, then tends to "fix itself" after loading DCS again - no need to run repair.

Always affects exactly the same set...

Mind you, labels on or off are sometimes also set in the mission itself (and that overrides your game options settings!). Editing that particular mission might be the only way to "fix" it then.
