Sorry for asking if the answer is in this threat, but isn’t a right turning tendency normal for a counterclockwise turning prop?

Different, western engine?

I think the poster has some point when it comes to engine failure. It's not a binary on-off-thing. There should be more signs of engine roughness and audible changes before it totally brakes.

VR Cockpit moves away with my head movement

I have a problem in VR I didn't have before: If I move my head closer to the instruments the cockpit moves away from me instead of me towards it.

Any ideas?

No big thing to fix. All other - more relevant - temperature readings seem to be pretty accurate.

Coolant temperature

Shouldn't the coolant temperature slowly drop (to ambient temperature) after engine shutdown? Am I missing something?

frame rate

My frame rate drops from 60 or so to about 8 as soon as the bombers arrive. However I have an i7 and a 2070RTX card so not that old.

Is it some settings?

RPM decrease - manifold pressure

When you decrease the RPM shouldn't the manifold pressure increase? Is it the supercharger or the manifold pressure regulator? Maybe someone in the know can elaborate a bit the technology behind it.

RIO on a second screen possible?

Would it be possible to put the RIOs view on a second monitor?

And use his station with keyboard commands? Would be great to play together with a buddy – don't have a fast second PC.

[REPORTED]Equal enemies please

I tried to quickly generate a campaign with the mission editor. I selected the P-51D but the program gave me Migs as enemies.

Or did I do something wrong?

Was buying the campaign for the same reasons. It basically just lets you fly into a training area and sends different aircraft against you. Nothing more.

Best campaign/module to learn dogfight

Is there any good campaign that teaches the art of the dogfight?

The F5s BFM campaign seems quite advanced to me.

The point here was not to keep the turn coordinated but the impact on muscle memory. Habits/good stick and rudder skills form by repetition and IMHO this should be consistent to what you usually fly.
