Ship damage models are really too crude for proper weapon simulation to make much of a difference. Simply buffing the damage, is a solution but an interim one at best.

It's a compound problem of the limited damage modelling of the ships themselves (single-unit healthbar, no subsystem damage) but even with the crude damage modelling the AGM-84D doesn't do that much...

To be honest a 'start from ground' option for all aircraft would probably solve all parking issues at airfield currents, apart from maybe when they land and taxi to parking.

Even so that designation is inaccurate for a surface-ship launched weapon - should be RGM-84.
