I have found that this only occurs when two bombs are loaded. When singles or triples are loaded, Mk82AIRs are properly loaded, however single bombs are fused into the pylons instead of hanging off...

They don't. In the IRL picture you can clearly see the glideslope bar extends beyond the AoA bracket. In DCS it does not, and zooming in is not going to elongate the bar.
