So even the low power setting for example 0 lbs at 2300 rpm...

This is not quite true about p-51, there you are cranking engine with fuel booster on, so if you put mixture lever to run position fuel from will be introduced in to intake and this fuel will flow...

Yeah in p-51 boost regulator kick in at about 41" when you break wire in p-51 its shifting this starting point up, which should not be the case.
When you t/o at 46", as soon as you start climbing MP...

I have small issue with throttle, after breaking stop wire the throttle start working extremely weird, you have to add throttle a little bit to hold MP while climbing, which is complete different...

I dont know where this 5minute total use of wep limit was found.
For example British version of mustang was cleared for 80" MP, so 74/75" or 80" was simply choice in engine life time not imminent...
