Deleted this folder and problem went away. C:\Users\<your user name>\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta of course backed up <input> folder for control mappings and restored after starting game.

2021-09-01 23:58:53.048 ERROR_ONCE DX11BACKEND: texture 'mi_8_tex_spec' not found. Asked from 'NGMODEL' This is the error i see right after mission loads and it crashes.

im using non-steam version of dcs world. Steam has NONE selected under BETA anyway. Uninstalled Steam and still crashes after mission is loaded
