It exists and is phenomenal, nothing like that video. It's like this: Disable the pointers part in the DCS VR tab and you can buttons and flip switches naturally. Sent from my moto g stylus 5G (2022) using Tapatalk

Have you played with the OpenXR hand to controller toolkit for tuning? Don't know if it would help but it may. Sent from my moto g stylus 5G (2022) using Tapatalk

I know on the Quest (3) once I was a "developer" and allowed the PC to take the headset data, I could enable "trackers" in the DCS VR tab *AFTER* collecting them in the OpenXR toolkit inputs tab. Sent from my moto g stylus 5G (2022) using Tapatalk

Oculus 2 touch controller not working anymore?
Hulkbust44 replied to BenPR1's topic in Virtual Reality
Do you have more specific info? I was just able to enable this on my Q3 and using the hand to controller toolkit. Sent from my moto g stylus 5G (2022) using Tapatalk -
Cockpit button interaction with hand controllers
Hulkbust44 replied to ShuRugal's topic in Wish List
May be possible with openXR hand to controller toolkit? I used this to get hand tracking from my Quest 3 and was able to just push buttons by turning off pointers on the VR tab. I don't know if this is possible without it detecting "trackers" but as I said the toolkit may trick DCS for you. Sent from my moto g stylus 5G (2022) using Tapatalk -
The 01' weapons employment manual defines a HARPOON launch on a datalinked sea surface contact, it should be in our timeframe. Sent from my moto g stylus 5G (2022) using Tapatalk

As of now the entire MIDS fost should be non functional in DCS, you can change things on the display but nothing actually happens. Sent from my moto g stylus 5G (2022) using Tapatalk

Unable to fire HARM in SP Pullback when in A/A mode
Hulkbust44 replied to ZBoT's topic in DCS: F/A-18C
Wait, in A/A it's trigger to fire weapons, the HARM should have no effect. Sent from my moto g stylus 5G (2022) using Tapatalk -
Unable to fire HARM in SP Pullback when in A/A mode

Just last night I was in A/A gun and fire my HARM... Sent from my moto g stylus 5G (2022) using Tapatalk -
Yes, but they can also be added and removed on the L16 network but I'm not sure at what level. (C2 function? I know 16s HTS data can be shared on link to Hornets.) Fun fact, the dashed circles should become solid when they correlate to an ALR-67 trackfile. Sent from my moto g stylus 5G (2022) using Tapatalk

What is with the lines to targets in Datalink SA page?
Hulkbust44 replied to dmatt76's topic in DCS: F/A-18C
Dashed should be designation, solid Is STT, flashing would be missile launched last I heard from an SME. Never seen anything but dashed in DCS. Sent from my moto g stylus 5G (2022) using Tapatalk- 1 reply

To the first point yes, a ton of functionality that DCS hasn't even hinted to is missing. And those threat rings on the SA should be dynamic. Sent from my moto g stylus 5G (2022) using Tapatalk

Unbox ALG - Can't Set Manually, Values drop to zero and stay.
Hulkbust44 replied to Str][ker's topic in Bugs and Problems
Hopefully this isn't just a MP issue and a track can be made, I've had the same problem. Sent from my moto g stylus 5G (2022) using Tapatalk -
Unless I have it backwards, "dispense flares" will always be program 5, press the other button for your selected program. Sent from my moto g stylus 5G (2022) using Tapatalk

Nope, ED doesn't like that Sent from my moto g stylus 5G (2022) using Tapatalk

Lower TD box has a NO RDR cue if the L+S MSI trackfile doesn't have onboard radar contribution. Nothing states that launch would be inhibited. Also, auto quicklook (Q/L) parameters for a missile inflight wouldn't sustain a radar trackfile as I see it. Why would you need radar contribution? Sent from my moto g stylus 5G (2022) using Tapatalk

What are you expecting to happen? Yeah you would tumble the FLIR, maybe the INS if it's an older system. A loaded Charlie Hornet pulled 13.2G avoiding a CFIT in combat. It flew home just fine. It didn't fly again for a long time, but there were no immediate system failures. A few pulls at 11G shouldn't cause structural failure, but any more than that can and will in DCS. Well it wasn’t exactly uncommon to use it, kinda important Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Nope, target just needs to be in the ballpark of the radar azimuth as the antenna is what transmits the MDL, even with the radar off. It doesn’t really matter how the trackfile was created Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
-
All link participants will share their targets, when you have a “donor” that aircraft is allowed to contribute to your MSI track files. This is a Hornet only thing, and doesn’t exist yet… Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Shouldn't ASL point to TGT when using an offset?
Hulkbust44 replied to LastRifleRound's topic in DCS: F/A-18C
You can tell from DCS...which is wrong... Are you then pressing O/S? -
Ah, I believe it should appear as NS, but it may be under the "friendly" emitter filters. Sent from my moto g stylus 5G (2022) using Tapatalk
