Intel i7-7700 oc 4.0GHz GTX 1070 32GB DDR4 VR Samsung odyssey+ HOTAS Thrustmaster Warthog+TWCS+TFRP when I hover over the dropdown to select weapons for a pylon I get bad stutters video captured showing the issue in MP. That's really all I have on it, want to know if i'm alone with this issue.

When I click to the multiplayer server pages I get real bad stutters. every 2 seconds is a freeze, and if I don't reduce the number of servers shown within 20 seconds I get an app hang an have to kill it. I've had this issue for a while and even tried a fresh, clean install and I still have the same issue. Any help would be appreciated.
