  1. Ye gads I can just see the Grim Reapers now with their canopies off and riding into battle with the M4
  2. Seen it posted up on their facebook page this morning
  3. Alicatt getting a look inside a Chinook at RAF Cosford I hope DCS will give us the run about that the Cosford display team takes with them when they go away from base. The display team were sponsored by Landrover and they managed to fit the Range Rover Sport into the back of the Chinook , mind you the driver had to exit via the rear hatchback door We were there as a Range Rover Sport club (RRS) courtesy of the British Army and Landrover My RRS:
  4. And where were you when it was launched? In hospital waiting while my wife was having a full body cancer scan, kind of puts this in perspective, the wait for the F15E is nothing like awaiting the results of the scan - or even the wait for the scan it' self
  5. Just came in to say something about the eject sequence too. from M0.9 @15000ft the pilot and WSO overlap after ejecting

    F-15E manual

Was that part of the Sinai map? Heard there was a valley full of them
  7. Just like the EE Lightning is limited to 800kts indicated as above that speed the air friction will overheat the radome, that was a major limiting factor in the top speed of the aircraft.
  8. And now the TV wants an update too Sheesh it's all go here and no Netflix for a while
  9. Add another one, and Bit Defender just deleted those files too Having to re download the whole of the Open Beta as even though DCS was on an exclusion Bit Defender successfully disabled the whole DCS
  10. @Raisuli @Rudel_chw I'm using Bit Defender I just came to check if anyone else had reported anything, Bit Defender will not restore the file though, will have to wait until the update is finished and then re-aquire DCS is on an exceptions list too with Bit Defender Hmmm it is finding more, now it's the Mirage F1
  11. After the cockpit of the F-14 I will wait and see with what Heatblur produce before putting my money down with them again, certainly won't pre-order from them again.
  12. Between 1992 and 2002 there was a huge improvement in sensors and how they handled the light bloom from intense sources. I'm talking about what we had in the civilian market as that is what my field of work was involved in, the did go from what you seen in Desert Storm to what you see in Heatblur's F-14 video over that period of time.
  13. Still at 100% for number 5
