Just a side note. I fly FSX with VR. I am also am in the middle of getting my PPL and flying in VR makes a huge difference in real life flying.

I went into this bigscreen room, I guess, and there were a couple of people swearing and being very insulting. Am I missing something? They were saying things like, "Scooternutz doesn't give a ****." and other things. It was really weird. This was as soon as I entered the room. Again, very weird and I won't be back to that application.

Give me smooth lines rather than weird lighting any day. The jaggies are so ugly. Hoping for fixes soon. :)

I'd buy it in Pre-Pre_Pre Alpha. Same with that Harrier.

Ah, Duxford. Back in 1985, my father was stationed at RAF Mildenhall, we went to Duxford and we got to fly in this very old fabric covered airplane. It was only a short flight but I remember it very well. I just cant remember the aircraft type. Great place to visit. Edit: Found It!!!! The De Havilland Dragon Rapide! They still give flights in it. I have had great success with it. As alluded to, the parameters are concise as I imagine they were in real life back then. The one thing I notice is the lead is the only aircraft that opens the bomb-bay.

I probably missed this somewhere. Is there a way to get the AI B-17 to bomb? I have tried in the ME and can't seem to get it to work.

Deferred Shading is off and I have the same issue. Repairing did not work for me.

Always have the M&P handy. Never know when you will have to bail out behind enemy lines.

Pilots, I used to fly with three touch screens with HELIOS. Flying in VR, it was very difficult to use the touch screens. I was introduced to this company! http://www.derekspearedesigns.com/ I have one already and three more on the way. It plugs in with no issues and DCS picks it right up. See photo. Check it out. It makes a difference.

Does anyone think that we could move to a dedicated thread for just MOOSE GCI and CAP? This thread is 103 pages already. This is going to be huge for Normandy!!!

You are right but reading the pre-release folks VR accounts, this was the cats ass for VR. What happened?

I seem to have found a great balance for me. I am seeing consistent 45 FPS with no stuttering. It is still not as good as 2.0 was though. My entire config for VR is in the spoiler. I hope it helps some out there. Like many of you I am disgusted. I took the grass down to zero, AL ANF down to 2.0 each and that really helped. The grass is two different colors in each one of my Rift lenses and it looked really weird anyhow. Good luck pilots, I feel you. :(

My system is brand new and I am running the EVGA GTX-1080TI and my FPS is in the toilet so.... Kind of bummed. I was expecting similar performance to the, already better 2.0 version, in this 2.1. Hopefully the next few months of alpha updates will prove to be better.
