  1. Import STL in F360. Then right click on the body on the tree to the left. Function: Mesh to Brep -> New Component. Volià: Editable 3D object. Depending on the unit of the source model and your currently active units you may have to scale the imported or new created body.

  3. Good catch! But it looks like that stepper does not have a 'reset pin'. How did you manage it to rset the needles before a new startup sequence? Just by coding?

  6. How would you achieve that in our F18 as we only have L&S and DT2? Seems that with the TWS of a F16 it could be done, but 'we' in F18? No idea...
  7. If any display has HSI, SA or EWR visible and is SOI: SCS towards that display should cycle through HSI, SA, EWS. Currently SCS cycles only through HSI and SA.
  8. Go with the AMPCD (F18]. What is missing can (mostly) be put into the display frame. And by using Helios you can program a kind of menu for this display: Depending on the pressed OSB you can bring up different gauges or other things which won't fit anywhere else. Or mimic the CPD of the F16 Blk 60.   10. Hi Joe, I's use rotary encoders oder potis as well for the VHF/UHF panel. Either the cheap one you already found by yourself or the real good stuff from Grayhill.
  11. Hi Jacks, I just ordered a LOT of 5 chips AX1201728SG via Aliexpress: Just 2 USD. Each one can drive up to 4 X27. Caveat: They are SMD, so ordering breakout boards as well can be useful. Hope it helps...

  13. I think this bug report is now obsolete as meanwhile the "F16-style HARM" was promised for the F18.
  14. Hm... Why are you not using a 2pole switch? Example for ON-ON 2pol.: Left side: controlling LEDs Right side: Arduino -> DCS As you won't get any output from the sim which you can control with the Arduino, you can only switch the LEDs on/off directly. ON-OFF-ON could be used as well, if you want to have a neutral middle position. Or are you aiming for another solution?
