Again, I go back to the frankeinstein build of a eurofighter being acceptable, which is literally just A2A with a 2017 missle that somehow we have the data to build. I mean, if that's allowed, give us modern flankers and stop building roadblocks for other developers who want modern, traditional REDFOR planes. Only ED would allow a eurofighter to be released with just A2A. Literally cold start, turn radar on, Meteor launch, wow, such high fidelty lol. It's basically FC3 quality. The issue is, ED doesn't have an actual standard they let the public know about, they pick and choose. Correct, it is what it is, it's garbage, but this is all we have until a better company comes along. We are allowed to be vocal and not shills for ED, like asking a question, what does a FF 29A bring that the FC3 29A already does, besides very minor, small things and "muh clicky buttons.", and I said minor, it's literally the same aircraft. You act like high fidelity is some sort of elite aviation club. Most people bind their stuff on the HOTAS and press the same 6 buttons over and over again, hilarious. I also don't understand if we are getting basically 2017 technology, why we can't even have REDFOR AI that's in the same time period, like SU-35 AI and modern variants of the fulcrum line up as well. But yeah, gotta keep REDFOR in the 80s basically. How else are blue players gonna feel good shooting down tech that's 30 to 40 years old. That's like F-4E's fighting BF-109s. I'm gonna dive into my frustrations with ED. I've confronted them about modern REDFOR tech and I get just the same BS answers like. 1. Putin is bad and mean. 2. Russian Laws (That they refuse to site a source) 3. Prove that they are denied any information with Right To Know laws or request. It almost comes to the point that ED is the Gaijin of Flight Simulators, except they are so NATO biased it's utterly disgusting, one of their team members literally tells people the amraam is the best missle in the world and the guy balances russian missles LOL. One would assume he just works for the CIA at this point. It's clearly obvious ED doesn't care about REDFOR, they allow a eurofighter to be made with a missle that went into active service for less than 5 years (2017 Meteor) on a first generation block Euro Fighter. It's honestly a joke. What purpose is there to give us the SAME MiG-29A that we already have, I guess I could say I APPRECIATE a full fidelity model but it's the SAME model, correct? Besides clicking buttons and being able to customize some radio settings and counter measures, it's essentially the same thing. Most players on multiplayer are NPCs and just auto start their aircraft anyways, so removing the cold start process, it's essentially the same aircraft then right? I'm not understanding the purpose of the same aircraft, except you click buttons, get the same missles and get the first and worst variant of the MiG-29. What does this module bring to the simulator? I'm sure boomers will defend this and say, atleast it's clickable and be grateful but maybe I'm in the minority here and just don't understand the point in this module. At this point, atleast give us AI that can compete with these modern bluefor jets. Eurofighter, really? Where is our AI SU-35? It also cracks me up that they took away datalink from the Mig-29S but add the amraam on the CURRENT F-15C that isn't capable of carrying that missle. ED just picks and chooses it's standards and makes exceptions all the time and shuts down the redfor community. It's not a joke anymore, this is literally NATO simulator or AMRAAM simulator at this point. Sad that there is no competitor and this is all we have.

You can call it whining, we can call it holding ED accountable for bias and other various bullshit. It's what ever. I'm going back to last year when the SD-10 was released and performed better than the 120c. The entire bluefor community cried and whined, it was non-stop like children. After all the crying, ED bent over backwards to get the 120c updated. I also want to mention the part that PRIOR to the release of the JF-17, people complained about the 120c and ED told everyone to pound sand and that the "data" they had was accurate. Seems like crying and whining is the way to go to get the attention of ED as saying nothing about it doesn't do anything and if you cry enough, eventually they might decide to actually touch these broken modules and fix them. Updating american missles but not working on the russian missles is a bias. The 120c was fixed quickly and ED promised to update russian missles, only to then dial it back and say they will work on them when they will. That's a bias, a prejudice. You can call it business, you can try and use verbal gymnastics all you want to try and defend it, but the bottom line is there is a large community of redfor that feel disenfranchised and feel like ED doesn't care about them. They feel like this for a reason and it's not out of the blue. Stop justifying being a shitty developer as business. You can sit here and tell us to leave and go bitch someone else, and sure we can and we absolutely will leave when a competitor enters the market. I think I can speak for most Redfor pilots right now that if there was a similar flight sim that treated redfor the way ED treats bluefor, we would all be gone yesterday. Until then, we are trying to make this sim better and are asking for improvements. We are tired of constant deflection, excuses and untruthful replies and the lack of basically giving a shit about russian aircraft. Prove to us these things. Also, the putin meme is funny around here. Can ED release a credible source where the RU government denied them information that they asked for? Oh that's right, they never will. Companies lie, businesses lie all the time, when the community asks for credible evidence (IE: Official Sukhoi Response) and explanations that go beyond the forum post of "Big bad putin", that's not a bad thing. The Russian Community complaining about their aircraft being broken, buggy and lacking of many features and quality isn't a bad thing. You just don't care because it's not your cup of tea. People are passionate about these planes and not everybody worships NATO / Western aviation culture. We want the same treatment that ED gives to NATO and western aviation communities here.

After the Eurofighter was announced, and listening to the devs basically say they will reverse engineer the aircraft based off of manuals and public info, the whole ED defense of big bad putin doesn't fly. Also, if anyone is familar with Russian law, there is a right to know request process. Westerners eat up the excuse that getting military info is impossible and gonna land you in prison. That actually happened in the US for an american plane (How easy we forget) I wont mention the case so I dont get banned. The devs dont have access to a eurofighter but its being made. They also dont have other various aircraft in hangers. The point is, you dont need every single detail to make an accurate simulation, the eurofighter is proof of that. Again, theres gonna be shills going to try to dispute this, so its what ever. But updating the mig and flanker models, adding fixes, quality of life changes, adding tech to them that we know exists, fixing the underpreforming radars, fixing the missles etc etc isnt asking for alot. We fly these FC3 planes because we dont have a choice. There is an elite toxic culture here that says that if you dont fly full fid planes, you are a joke. Thats funny because the majority of these players autostart anyways and act like redfor pilots dont own full fid models. We fly these planes because there isnt anything else. We have MIGs and Flankers untouched, with inaccurate data, bugs and features missing with tech stuck in 1986. I also hear an excuse that FC3 is "finished". And thats why. If thats the case, thats BS because the F15C got an update technically as the 120C was updated. Thats a pretty big fucking deal. So if you can update the F15C's weapons, why cant you do that for russian planes. They dont even hide their lack of giving a fuck about russian planes and give this false illusion that they are shit, giving blue pilots this high of Dopamine thinking they are very skilled pilots shooting down broken buggy Russian planes from the eighties and fifties.

Agreed. Can ED respond to this? Also. There is no point in argueing, there are two sides and this community has drawn its battlelines. You have people who side with ED and their entire world is bluefor and you have a community of redfor that feels disenfranchised and feels that ED gives absolute 0 fucks about redfor. Big bad Putin, (which is debated as recent russian laws allow companies request information that if anything is classified, it just gets redacted) or that they are working on something else. There is a large community of eastern players that dont give a shit about NATO planes and want to see some attention to redfor aircraft. The JF-17 isnt even a redfor plane, its flown by Pakistan, a U.S. ally. Quality of life improvements and updates that western aircraft get would be a start. Like the fact the MIG29s radar isnt modeled right, missles have not been updated, ECM does not work on the majority of planes. This sim has just become nato vs nato, with some of the U.S. planes being flown by red only because they fell into adversary hands like Venuzula and Iran. The only reason why the majority of redfor pilots are here is because we dont have a choice. Until a competitor comes along and doesnt bring up bullshit excuses like russian law and treats redfor stuff like shit, we have to be here. Okay. So you think its okay that the russian planes get effected by the 16, 14 and 18 ECM while their ECM have 0 impact on them? Even if you shill the excuse that it isnt modeled completely yet, why not just remove the feature entirely until all aircraft are effected by it, instead of having.. The 18's ECM gives me significant advantages, but the flankers and fulcrum ECM has absolutely 0 effect.

I will get you one soon But currently, through multiple tests, the 14, 16 and 18 are not effected by any russian ecms at all.

The blue bias is real. Might as well just delete FC3 and make this NATO vs NATO which is what this game is.
