Has anyone tested to see if this was cleared up with today's patch? I didn't see anything regarding it in the changelog and unfortunately won't be able to test myself for a bit.
I think you're absolutely right. While I'm aggravated at some of the bugs that got through OB to stable, the need to put a new version to break the cracked version makes sense.
On the plus side BigNewy reported in another thread the fix should be in the next patch (probably OB but wouldn't be surprised if there's a stable hotfix coming soon, fingers crossed).
It's a bug induce earlier this month in OB. Unfortunately ALL of the AI have had collision avoidance turned off because of it. Taxi, and hold, with caution. :(
Yeah, this combined with bugs that seemed to be introduced every beta patch have prevented me from finishing your Bluenoser campaign. :( Or any other campaign or scripted mission for that matter.
Off topic and no offense, but what sabot rounds are those? The M829 120mm SABOT most definitely does have a tracer, hence the standard nomenclature of Armor Piercing, Fin Stabilized, Discarding Sabot-Tracer(APFSDS-T).
You mean in the actual sim, or where are the default mission is located so you can edit it? If the later is the case I believe it's in your actual DCS World Install folder under "Mods/aircrafts/F-14B/Missions". I would recommend copying a version to your saved games folder with the rest of your customized missions so you still have the original incase you break something accidentally.
Glad I'm not the only one that was digging through the mission editor wondering what the trigger was for the Floggers. Two nights ago I tried it with the late activation unchecked and did it that way.
