  1. Thanks for taking the time to make this. I’ll be flying the first mission later today :)
  2. So I’m really enjoying the JF-17. It’s wonderful, especially in VR with the big readable MFDs. I keep wondering about fuel economy, speeds and engine wear... My question is actually two-fold: 1. When the guages in RPM (N2) and exhaust gas temperature (T4) turn yellow and orange. What does this mean? Is it something we need to take into account? 2. When operating the craft, I’ve read in Chuck’s guide that we should takeoff using 90% RPM for light loads, and AB when needed for heavy load. But then we climb out and cruise. Do we climb out at a certain RPM or just as we see fit?
  3. Awesome. Thanks for the info. I can manage to tune to, for example, 33.000 MHz. By going through the regular procedure and clicking: - C (to clear) - 3 - 3 - E(nter) Now it's 33.000. I have yet to confirm if it actually receives the FM band then or works at all. And if so, I'm going to have to figure out how to use a decimal, for when I need to tune 33.3 or something like that. I never noticed the M below the 6 button. I'm going to give that a try this evening. If anyone is interested, keep an eye on this. I'll report back.
  4. Hey, Is it possible to tune to FM frequencies with the radios on the JF-17? I can't seem to find any possibility, and I've learned how to manually set the AM frequencies. Why do I ask? Call me crazy, but I'm replaying a campaign I bought for another module (A-10 Piercing Fury) with the JF-17. The campaign needs me to tune to 33.000Mhz FM to contact the ground forces. Thanks for your time! aeg
  5. Yeah you may think I’m crazy... but I’m actually playing the Museum Relic campaign using the F-16. It’s a fun campaign that doesn’t require too many features that aren’t working yet, but will allow me to practice all the current systems and get used to the Viper in a fun way. On the fifth or sixth mission I’m supposed to tune in to a group of civilians on the ground, broadcasting on 215.00.
  6. Hey there, I'm flying a mission where I'm supposed to tune into 215.00. I tried but both my UHF and VHF radio won't take that frequency. I assume because it's modulation differs from the standaard mode (FM/AM). Am I overlooking a way to switch that mode or is it not possible in this EA state yet? Thanks for your time :)
  7. Glad it wasn't just me. I thought I was doing something wrong, but it worked before the update!
  8. Same here. Multiple CTD's (6 today).. The regular DSC log shows nothing relveant. 9. Hype! Loved your previous missions and campaign
  10. I've been waiting and following your progress because I really like the atmosphere of the demo mission. Looks like there is only one (the second) mission to be completed? Anyway, really excited for your release!
  11. Thank you! Looks like an MP missions. Would this possibly work in single player with the F/A-18 (meaning the AI would have to do the work in the A-10's)?
  12. Wow! Thank you very much. I look forward to playing this!
  13. Thank you so much for this campaign! I flew the first two missions and that's some great work already. I don't own the F-15, but I just switch it out with an F-18 in the mission editor before starting. Good on you for including the loadout in the briefing, makes it easy to guess how many fuel tanks and missiles I'll need for a mission.
  14. I'm having a lot of fun with my first DCE missions. However, the mission start is much earlier than the departure time, leaving about 15 minutes after startup to wait. Time acceleration doesn't go much further than 2x as the CPU can't keep up anymore. Is there a preference to shorten the time somewhere, or am I missing something completely?
  15. After playing Sedlo's campaign for the F-18, which was awesome, I went to look for more. I'm now playing the Outremer campaign, ported to the M-2000, which I 'port' to the F-18 by just opening the mission in the editor before I start and changing out the M-2000 for an F-18. Give it a loadout of your choice (maybe read the briefing before to judge how much fuel and what kind of weapons you need) and set it to 'Player'. And you're ready to go. I haven't found anything that breaks yet and I completed the first four missions. I believe triggers are simple (waypoint-based or target-status-based). 16. Many thanks! I've played through the first three missions and I'm absolutely loving it so far!
  17. I had a bit of fun with this mission. It's originally a M2000 mission, so be sure to change the Player unit to an F/A-18C and put some boms and fuel tanks on it. My guess is one fuel tank would be enough depending on how fast you'd like to get there :) https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3300557/
