  1. Yes that AI model has been out for ages now, it's not related to this particular saga.
  2. simple... 1.0.3 works for me, 1.0.4 doesn't. The latter was created to fix ID population issues with specific modules, but at least in my environment, it breaks the function entirely. I don't own either of the affected modules (Hind or A-10C II) so I can't reproduce the known issues with the former, but hey, at least it works.
  3. Can you put all of these questions into one post so we don't have to Q&A this? I'm trying to debug the javascript.
  4. Yes, the plugin works apart from the one function. You can figure out some of the button IDs by counting individual inputs for a given device, but this is by no means foolproof.
  5. @ctytler Any ideas? It's very difficult to build profiles for some modules with it like this, as the device IDs are consistent with the LUA, but the button IDs have to be counted out. Thanks.
  6. This is some murder mystery type... Stuff (jokes aside hopefully everyone is well)
  7. 1). It went on sale, people decided to pre-order it. Nobody was requested to pre-order a product. People can be dissatisfied with their purchase, but the way you've worded it here is misrepresentative. 1a). You also don't have to watch the videos. I think you should seriously consider taking a break if this is actually an issue that affects your wellbeing. 2). These sorts of videos are standard fair and have been produced for virtually every module or map DCS have sold. This point has been repeated ad naesum in these threads, even by ED themselves. The timing is unfortunate, but the existence of the videos is not the problem 3). Asking Youtubers to step away completely neglects that some of them are businesses and can't accept such a request. It's not their fault in the slightest. 4). If you find it "annoying and frustrating" multiple times, then why are you still pre-ordering things? The terms of the deal are never going to change. It will always be like this. If you are not pre-ordering things, then what is there to be annoyed about? You (like me) don't have any sunk cost here.
  8. Your pre-order money isn't supporting development any more than the money of someone who buys at Christmas. Yes, Razbam need cash flow like any business. But they have 3 modules and a map on sale to provide that Cashflow. They aren't indebted to you, and you aren't indebted to them. It's just a transaction.
  9. And to your previous post, there likely is a silent majority who have pre-ordered and are quietly waiting for the day to come instead of arguing for things they simply have no entitlement to.
  10. RAZBAM have been developing the Mudhen for over 4 years now? Pre-order money has only be coming in for the last 4 months. You are not giving them your charity. You're buying a product. Don't sell yourself short on that one.
  11. Definitely, im not one of those saying it happened for no reason, and I'm actually happy that it's being delayed if it means the released product is better. However a later content embargo would've still been better for creators and viewers alike in my opinion.
  12. You are the general public, and you've "supported the module" by paying less for it. There are no entitlements here. I'm sorry to be blunt but there is a need to accept the terms of the deal here, or learn the hard way that the terms of the deal will never be better than this. A vendor could offer some kind of supporter tier where you pay more and then do get access to inside benefits. But that was never promised here, so having those sort of expectations is just setting yourself up for disappointment.
  13. Additionally out of interest, is everyone here definitely using the left/port basket?
  14. If I agree with one thing here, it's that there should've have been a content embargo until much closer to the actual date. The videos don't offend me at all, but the creators themselves are struggling a bit because RB are firing out codes all over the shop, with BDs manual, and they're scrambling around to produce content with minimal prep time in order not to miss the hype train. I'm not saying I feel sorry for them either; it's their job/hobby to market the thing and more skilled creators will shine here. But a more significant embargo would've been a win for everyone here.
  15. I can't believe how wrong you have this. This is bordering on nonsense. I am not supporting any business practices here because I have not pre-ordered the module. If you don't want to support this way of conducting release planning, do not pre-order the module. At lot of people's frustrations here are based on customer expectations of how things would be done, which have been let down. But those expectations are not binding on the retailer; when you pre-order, you are accepting the terms without fully understanding the deal. If you can't handle this, don't pre-order. I get that you don't like my wording, but if you seriously think people who haven't paid RAZABM should do in order to influence their decisions, I would like you to explain to me exactly how that works. There are no societal factors at play.
  16. Roughly as long as the Apache was in pre-ordering before the EA release.
  17. You got the discount. Other than that, there is and never was any "reward" to pre-ordering.
  18. Excellent news if that's true! All the beta tester feedback will be fully actioned and there's more than enough time to eliminate any possible integration issues through a pre-patch. Obviously open beta is open beta, but it seems like stability has been prioritised here and hopefully we see that bear through in the end.
  19. Razbam reputation will be made or destroyed on the quality of the product at release. Honestly this pre-ordering "business" is not going live long in anyone's memory if the thing works as expected.
  20. I think a fair number of people learn this sort of stuff in the multiplayer arena either being taught by other players or experimenting until they stop being killed by everything/achieve their objectives You can also do this in single-player but I agree, the resources aren't there 100%. Campaigns give you very detailed and immersive environment, but they're like reading the 2nd book in a series; you'll be missing things without the pre-requisite knowledge. You can't really build your own resources, as you don't know what you don't know. But it's also difficult for others to build, as they want things to be efficient for the broadest part of the audience and they might also be decades separated from their initial learning process, so can overlook the essentials. It's a tough one.
  21. You're 100% right, but might as well be saying this to a brick wall. This thread is a lost cause.
  22. Radios aren't covered at any point as far as I can remember. Is there something in particular you need? Otherwise they are essentially the same as the Hornet and either Chuck's guide would suffice. Additionally, there are some kneeboards you can get from UF which have all airfield frequencies for a given map, which takes a lot of the confusion out of "tune x" asks.
  23. It's definitely my install directory and all my modules populate. Putting in a different directory causes them to depopulate.
