Thrustmaster Warthog Throttle issue
defygravity replied to defygravity's topic in PC Hardware and Related Software
How do I delete this thread? Sorry I made it in the wrong place -
Hey all, I accidently made this post in another place so I reposted here. I keep having an issue with my TM Warthog Throttle randomly disconnecting during the game. It does it most games and then for the most part resets itself, however, then I have to restart SRS and whatnot. Anyone else have this issue and if so, how can I resolve it? I'm hoping its not the connector itself. Thanks in advanced for any help. Hippo

MSI GF65 Thin Gaming Laptop
defygravity replied to WRAITH's topic in PC Hardware and Related Software
I have the MSI Stealth GS63VR that I am currently selling. I bought it originally for gaming on the road. I used to travel a ton for work and I chose it because it was fairly light and had amazing specs for a laptop. I quit traveling out of state for work and thus don't really need it anymore. When I was using it, it was great. It would power my (at the time) Rift and Rift S well, and I could pop on a hub for peripherals. Of course you couldn't go with it maxed out but it did the trick. It has an i& 7700HQ and a 1060 so it works just fine. Anyway long story short, it is a good laptop, but for the money you are spending on the GS65, why wouldn't you just build a desktop? Unless of course, you are traveling a ton. Hope that helps man. Cheers Hippo Edit: Oh and I could play for hours without overheating or anything like that. Yes it would get hot, but you just prop up the back and it was fine. -
Yeah I was going to say, it already does this in the current A10C. As txmtb mentioned, it is the first stage trigger if you have the Warthog stick, then the second is the firing of the gun itself. Buttons 1 and 6 I believe.

Pilot Body Agreed, it always confused me as the A10C is one of the oldest models and still doesn't have a Pilot Body. I assumed it was because they didn't want to add it due to the impending A10C2. I would love to finally have the pilot body

Hey Buddy, PM sent, I know you're swamped so I'm happy to wait. As they say, good things come to those who wait. :joystick: Anyway, take care and thanks for building what seems to be a great product! Cheers

If you'd like to go full ham, I have the collective from these guys, but you could buy the whole shabang, or you can just buy the pedals (listed below the first link). You will also need one of the controllers to go with it, but beyond that it is really plug and play. By the time you buy the TM TPR Pedals, that is $500 alone. Just giving you options. BTW, the collective is great! https://pro-flight-trainer-com.myshopify.com/collections/control-full-sets or https://pro-flight-trainer-com.myshopify.com/collections/spare-parts/products/2016-push-pull-pedal Cheers, and welcome to helos in DCS. (The gazelle is severely broken and I am currently chomping at the bit to get the Kiowa as mentioned earlier)

I'm in the US, I bought it on amazon. I've only had it since January

I knew there was a warranty but did not know it was 2 year. Awesome, I will definitely do that. I keep trying to enter the SN in the HP website but says not found ... interesting. Might have to call them

Reverb Problems So I've had my Reverb now since January and I was blown away. The quality of the graphics and being able to actually see targets and text (in cockpit) has been amazing. Last month, however, my Reverb starting what I can only describe as having a stroke when I play. It will not for the life of it stay centered during flights. I have tried various lighting sources and have been met with no change. This is especially strange because the many hours I logged from Jan to Apr were without problems. I don't know what to do at this point. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks

Thanks Thanks bud I appreciate you.

Has anyone done the new black Wraith skin from the 57th Fighter Wing at Nellis? EDIT: Nevermind saw it on page 3. Does anyone actually have the skin to download though?

The amount of speculation and anticipation on an announcement about an announcement is bewildering. This has been the best day to sit back and laugh at the shenanigans.

I'm having a myriad of problems since the update. It seems to only occur during training missions in the AV8B, however, it did happen during a multiplayer session the other day. I have attached a couple of the crash files. I've updated my GPU Driver and Windows, and continue to have problems. Any ideas BIGNEWY? I think a lot of people either forget or don't understand how this works. They have to have a licensing agreement before they produce an H-60 variant. I'm sure they would love to just make it and throw it out, however, they have to get the correct permissions before doing so. Unfortunately, it isn't as easy as saying hey we are going to do this.
