I just installed that Impulse Slider and the verdict is that it works REALLY well! OH and I have the Polymer version. I wanted the metal version but he was sold out of those. But the Polymer slider is perfect for me anyway. And my TWCS is only a few weeks old btw. It now works better that the original.

Yeah.....I figured he was quitting. I just bought the head tracker from Grass Monkey. It's good. UTC MkII off-centered the middle light slightly and is the only one like that.

I just got a head tracker from Grass Monkey that works real nice. US based outfit!. The UTC II would have been good though because it is the only one I know of with the middle light off centered. And an off centered middle light is less likely to get covered up by the one above it when you look down. Wow...can't believe no one had an answer for this! ....... I haven't been able the map that mini-stick, either, for cockpit camera. And I don't think it's the mini-stick which is the problem. I have it mapped for something else in F-18, though but I can't remember how I did it..... I have found that there are a bunch things that won't map or difficult to find out what the trick is in order to map it, in DCS.

Well...we had occasion to carry firearms....but not for Indians of course. First photo is just crossing the Owyhee River out looking for sign of cattle. Second is how we train our saddle horses line up on "the ropes" and wait, while catch the ones we want with a lariat. We take these ropes and set them up staked out like that in the next camp. Third is just us in the corral at the home ranch. Fourth - is saddling up at first light. The horse in front was on my string. I used to hobble his front legs like that with burlap so you could get your saddle on or off him. These were taken around 2000 - 2002. Your grandfather was a tougher man than any of us.

I contact ground crew to request launch pushing the " \ " key. Nothing happens. Is there another frequency I must use?

1) Often when driving my F18 on the carrier deck the NWS doesn't work properly and instead of turning away from the edge of the deck it goes straight, sometimes into the ocean. It's random. 2) Sometimes, after landing on a carrier and rearming and refueling the crew ignores me at the catapult and wont hook me up. Are they bugs? (This is the Stable Version)

Funny you should ask that question because that was the first thing I thought of when I heard the size of the Syria map which is about 300,000 SQ Miles Several of the cattle ranches on which I rode horseback for as a Cowboy were about 3,000 SQ miles. One was the ZX Ranch out of Oregon which is about 140 miles X 65 miles at the largest points. I remember taking about 2,000 head of cattle from the northern reaches of the ranch down to about Paisley, Oregon. Which is not quite all the way to the southern end. Much of the way there was not even a trail to follow because it had never been done before. We used topographical maps! That trip will all those cattle and being ahorseback took us 10 cowboys about a week. Here is a rare photo of that journey taken from the saddle by me from about the middle of the herd. I was riding "swing" that day. (So there was that many cattle behind me as in front) The cattle had lined out to almost single file, in a line about 5 or 6 miles long. There was an old dirt track here so this part was easy.

I did not forget anything. I have no idea who you are talking about. I don't know what "combined arms people " are. But if DCS is leaning towards making little people run around like Call of Duty and Battlefield now, then I'm out. I need a real flight sim not some harebrained operation that tries to capitalize on all the fads and offer a slice of pie to whoever whines the loudest and which goes after all the fads. Almost everyone who started with DCS came to fly! ...Is this where flight sims go to die?

ANy interior of the carrier is time wasted! .....You can't fly inside a carrier. This is pure stupidity. We have so many more important needs. No one wants to add any more GB to the DCS World DL because of "interior of the carrier" as other such nonsense. Not to mention the extra RAM and FPS problems it would cause.

Sounds good...Let's have a Star Wars map for that X-Wing too!

I had the same just happen to me. In fact I thought that DCS had updated yesterday and then restarted. But today I realized it is the old version of DCS and the update never finished. When I try to DL the update again I see that Windows Defender stops it due to the trojan. Well, now that I see that its a false alarm I'll ignore the warning.
